 🙋 Who’s Eligible to Participate in the Referral Program?

All current employees except superintendents, managers, directors, or anyone directly involved in the hiring process for that candidate.

💡 How It Works:

  1. Send Us a Referral: The referred candidate must list your name as the referring employee on their job application or during the hiring process. If your name is not provided, you will not be eligible for a referral bonus.
  2. They Get Hired & Stay On: Your referral must be hired and complete 6 months of continuous employment.
  3. You Get Paid: After that 6-month mark, you’ll receive a referral bonus as our way of saying thank you.

A Few Quick Notes:

  • Only one employee can receive credit for each referral, so make sure the applicant lists your name!
  • Referrals must be new candidates (no recent applicants or former employees).
