We are nearly there!!!
Our first steps toward creating a best-in-class internal learning & development program is well underway. Quantum has onboarded with Docebo as its Learning Management System (LMS) and has officially become a Registered Apprenticeship with the state of Arizona. VO Brothers has a Registered Apprenticeship with the state of Utah.
We’ve been working on [and have released] some internal training material and have a slew of service department trainings forthcoming! We will pilot a mid-level manager training this summer, and officially hard launch our apprenticeship program in August for the following trades: pipefitting, plumbing, HVAC, and sheet metal!
