His expertise includes accredited trade programs, LMS implementation, curriculum design, leadership training, and workforce development initiatives.
Prior to joining Quantum, Alex held leadership roles centered on coaching, mentorship, and team development, bringing a practical, people-focused approach to workforce development and organizational growth.
