I was referred from a friend. I needed a summer job in 2012 and I’m still here.
I wanted to join the trades right out of high school and I thought plumbing fit me best. I started working here in June of 2019 as an apprentice and now I’m a journeyman plumber! I wouldn’t change a thing, this has been amazing for me! True Brotherhood!
I was in my early 20’s working for a small excavation and concrete raising company, not making much money, and not much room to advance when I decided I wanted to do something different. My dad was working for a large GC and said the plumbing company on his job was hiring. He helped me and my brother get an interview and we both were hired in April of 2013. I’ve been working my way up from a plumber’s helper to a field superintendent. I love that there are so many things to learn in our trade and that we are on a new build from start to finish. If I had one word to describe working here it would be, “brotherhood.”
I started working here at age 22, looking for a career path and found out I was a part of something bigger than myself. I found a brotherhood I knew I needed. If there were something I could share with young men looking to join the trade is craftsmanship. One word to describe our company is integrity!
