SAFETY AWARD:
VO Brothers will receive the ABC STEP Diamond award for safety for the second straight year at the ABC Utah awards ceremony on May 27th. Congratulations to our Utah team for your dedication to safety! Here’s a photo of us receiving the award last year.
DRIVING:
Our quarterly driving metrics for Q1 ’26 looks great. All driving scores are 90%+ with all but a few drivers scoring 98% or better. Driving measurements include hard starts, hard stops, hard turns, excessive speed.
Our current TRIR (Total Recordable Incident Rate) for Q1 was ZERO for Utah and Arizona branches.
Outstanding driving! Keep up the great work!

HIRING:
We are currently working on a new hire orientation process that involves our new LMS (Learning Management System) Docebo that will be part of Quantum University with Alex Tomlin.
We hired two new Safety Supervisors in the las month or so, and we are looking to fill a safety position for the Service Department.
UTAH:
Utah safety and communication platform, Tyfoom, engagement rates rank over 90%.
CPR certification training is complete, ahead of schedule.
