We are pleased to announce several recent additions and promotions within the Service Department, further strengthening our technical capabilities and supporting continued growth across multiple regions.
We welcomed Isaac Aguirre, Plumber; Brandon Hemming and Todd Rose, Senior HVAC Technicians; Jose Reyes, Installer; and Cody Hartman, Service Coordinator, to our Arizona team. In Utah, Kenny Stong has joined as an Account Manager and Taylor Adams as a Service Plumber. These additions enhance our field expertise and expand our capacity to deliver high-quality service to our customers.
We also recognize key internal promotions and role expansions: Gavin Hemming has been promoted to Estimator; Rich Davis to Service Manager; and Roy Stalder to Regional Technical Manager. In addition, Erick Ruiz will be focused on plumbing growth and Facilities Services, and Bobby Terra will take on additional responsibilities supporting both the Install team and HVAC Technicians. These advancements reflect our continued commitment to developing talent from within and strengthening our operational leadership.
From a technology and operational standpoint, we have invested in and are implementing XOI Advisor to improve asset data capture using AI, develop more accurate preventive maintenance (PM) pricing, and build long-term capital replacement plans for our customers. This initiative will enhance service transparency, support strategic planning, and deliver greater value to our clients.
Finally, we have begun transitioning the Service team to FR-rated Quantum Industrial uniforms, reinforcing our commitment to safety, professionalism, and brand consistency across all field operations.
