Mark is an esteemed operator with deep experience scaling industrial and manufacturing businesses. Mark began his career working in the petroleum refining industry while attending college at the University of Kentucky (BS Mechanical Engineering) and Eastern Kentucky University (BS Construction Management). Completing major projects and turnarounds across various parts of the US and the Caribbean, he gained an invaluable amount of field experience and a tremendous ability to connect with skilled labor. Upon graduating college, Mark joined an industrial engineering firm and continued working on major projects in the petroleum refining industry. Prior to Quantum, Mark was the senior vice president of a nationwide, full-service industrial services provider.

Chris embarked on his career in the petrochemical industry during his college years and has since developed extensive mechanical expertise in roles of increasing responsibility on intricate, high-budget industrial projects. He is skilled in generating cost savings, optimizing processes, and fostering innovative solutions across diverse settings. Always looking for ways to grow, he continuously pushes both the team and himself to new heights. He brings a strong track record of successfully delivering events that meet performance objectives in terms of safety, budget, schedule, and quality.

Jordan Booth

VP of Finance & Accounting

Jordan thrives in helping scale PE-backed businesses. With 15 years of experience in finance, accounting, and operating roles, he loves getting his hands dirty in numbers, data, processes and systems. Jordan started his career in M&A advisory and valuation services with EY in Brazil, and has since worked with various businesses in technology, media and blue-collar industries across the USA and LATAM. He received an MBA and a B.S. in Finance from Brigham Young University. 

David Mella

VP of M&A & Integration

David leads Quantum’s efforts to acquire leading industrial services businesses and integrate their brand, systems, and processes to accelerate growth. He has spent the last decade investing in, advising, and building high-growth companies. Prior to joining Quantum, David was a growth equity investor at Sorenson Capital and, before that, a consultant at Bain & Company, where he advised on growth strategy and organizational transformation projects for several multi-billion-dollar clients. David holds a B.S. in Economics from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Known for a strategic approach and a commitment to delivering excellence, he consistently drives success while maintaining budgetary integrity. Eric holds a BBA from Sam Houston State University.
